This is a varied and interesting role that will involve a mixture dealing with clients over the phone, putting together documents and packs for clients/client meetings, dealing with correspondence and maintaining files, and generally assisting with the smooth running of the office.
You should have at least a year's administration experience and ideally familiar with the web based system Intelligent Office and have sound knowledge of MS Office applications.
