An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of a growing young and dynamic business travel agent based in central Maidstone.
They are looking for an experienced BDM to join their team to manage existing processes, but also to play an important part in moulding the future of the company.

You will be working with corporates looking after everything from chauffeurs, conference suites, private jets or multi stop itineraries, ensuring all clients are well looked after.

The Ideal Candidate:
 An excellent communicator, with exceptional type skills and telephone manner
 Be trained or have a good knowledge in GDF
 Be self-motivated, driven and organized
 Advanced skills in all Microsoft packages
 A strong background in outbound sales and new business development.
 A proven track record in creating and managing an outbound pipeline.
 A proven track record conversion rate.
 Have experience within the travel industry.

The Role:
 Managing the full process of taking and converting leads
 Presenting to the client and delivering a professional hand over to the sales team.
 Meeting the sales targets within given deadlines
 Maximizing new business development opportunities
 Account management, which involves maintaining strong and long-lasting relationships with the clients that you and your team have secured
 Generating your own leads by using initiative, creativity and drawing from your own experience
