ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
At Your Travel Group, we are looking for an experienced administration manager to complete our small but ever-growing talented team!
This is an opportunity not only to join our team and manage existing processes, but to play an important part in molding the future of our company.
A bit about us. We are a young and dynamic business travel agent who look after our staff in parallel to our clientele, who receive the highest level of service possible. We sustain our diverse client base with low fares which we pre-negotiated with airlines and by ensuring our standard of service remains high. There is nothing we cannot offer our clients for their business trip, be that chauffeurs, conference suites, private jets or multi stop itineraries. We ensure our clients are well looked after, their team is available 24/7 and all queries are answered instantly.
As an administration manager we are looking for:
• Efficiency in Microsoft packages (namely Excel)
• Experience working for a small growing business in this role would be advantageous
Your initial duties will include:
• Managing payroll processes and keeping record of commissions month by month
• Maintaining spreadsheets for company credit card spends
• Maintaining spreadsheets for client bookings
• Processing and tracking refunds with suppliers
• Producing bespoke client documentation and ensuring all travelers have necessary documentation prior to travel
• Working alongside the team closely and monitoring/proof reading all travel documentation for potential errors
• Organizing and approving the teams annual leave on an internal system.
