Purchasing Executive - Frameworks & Contracts

Our client are expanding their team, recruiting for someone with experience in delivering Frameworks for a variety of products and services.

Proactive contract management, service expertise, liaising with customers and suppliers to gather, handle, manipulate and present data, to support the on-going development and performance of contracts and frameworks within the team.

Key Duties

* To undertake and support EU and non EU tendering, further competitions and high value quotation exercises independently for both customer and supplier, supporting the team in specification writing, evaluation and framework award for a range of services.

* Identify new business opportunities that will support the annual growth targets for the business.

* Provide service expertise on frameworks within your portfolio to support all areas of the team insuring knowledge to support customer account management is passed to individuals in a timely and constructive manner.

* Maintain strong contract management and auditability throughout the life of all individual frameworks, including supplier account management, rebate collection and SLA monitoring in line with agreed terms.

It is essential that you have experience of managing procurement processes, and/or being responsible for a portfolio of products/services. It is essential that you have a good knowledge of writing and managing supply chains including contracts and frameworks. Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint are also essential.

Hours Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5pm
