Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Assistant will provide day to day administration support to the Marketing Executives and Marketing Manager as well being responsible for ensuring The Bunker’s social media presence is maximised across all mediums and that the company website is kept up to date and in full working order.

If you have a marketing degree or equivalent this would be preferred but is not essential. We need someone with experience of social media, an analytical and logical approach with vigilant attention to detail and a passion for sales and marketing. If this is you some of your tasks will be:

Monitor, promote and make recommendations to improve The Bunker (and other Cyberfort group companies as and when required) profile on social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook). This will include carrying out an agreed social strategy for organic and paid social activities.

Work with Marketing Executive to create Google Analytic reports, monitor and make recommendations to improve and exceed visits, time on site, number of pages viewed etc.

Working with the Marketing Executive to produce weekly and monthly reports.

Support Marketing and sales team with the creation of new business proposals, assist and co-ordinate input from other departments and proof reading.

Ownership of the CRM database to include management, updating, and data cleaning.

Ownership of The Bunker website, responsible for managing all website updates/changes by working with the Digital agency and internal stakeholders. As well as implement changes directly on WordPress when appropriate and ensuring that internal change control processes are adhered to (co-ordinate with internal Tech Team) ( these same duties are to be carried out across the Cyberfort group websites as and when required).

Provide support on competitor activity, including website, campaign, newsletters, commercial news etc.

Be aware of brand guidelines and help to ensure The Bunker brand and company values are used consistently across all internal departments and all external facing material.

General support with co-ordinating and executing campaigns i.e templating, testing and reporting on email blasts.

Responsible for stock management and control for the marketing department.

Ensuring all incoming leads are recorded effectively.
