Are you a Sales Administrator looking for a new challenge? Do you enjoy working in a fast paced office environment? Do you drive and can get to the Mid Kent area?

If so, we are looking for a Sales Administrator in the Mid Kent area for a permanent opportunity to start immediately.

An excellent opportunity for an organised and pro-active Sales Administrator based in Mid Kent. My client is looking for a confident and loyal individual who is willing to work both independently and within a team.



This is a fast paced and varied role which offers plenty of growth and development opportunities for the right individual! Due to the structure of the company this role will suit someone who is looking to develop and is keen to join a company who will offer progression. Your duties will be diverse so you must be able to have a flexible approach and a positive attitude. Weekend work is also required although there is flexibility on how this could work.



Duties include:

* Creating and maintaining strong relationships externally with clients to ensure 100% satisfaction when receiving the service
* Supporting the sales team with daily administrative duties
* Processing orders quickly and efficiently
* Dealing with queries positively ensuring strong customer service levels are delivered at all times
* Daily communication with other teams to ensure smooth running of the office
* Delivering high standards of customer service to colleagues and customers
* Ad hoc duties as required



The right candidate will have/be:

* Strong communication skills both over the phone and face to face
* Experience within a fast paced environment
* The ability to stay calm throughout pressured situations
* Be passionate about maintaining high standards professionally and personally
* A natural problem solver with the confidence to take control of situations when necessary
* Someone who is willing to take several tasks on at once
* The ability to manage their own work load whilst being under demanding deadlines
* Confident working with Microsoft office systems including Excel and Outlook
