In this AAT Accounts role, you will be working for a range of clients on a mix of accounts preparation, bookkeeping, VAT and tax. The accounting work will be pulling together client information from cloud-based bookkeeping as well as traditional records ready for completion. Your tax work will be both personal and corporate, plus VAT returns and answering client queries. Support and training will be given to help you develop your knowledge.
To be considered for this vacancy, previous work experience gained with accountancy practice is essential, along with an interest in developing your long-term career in accountancy.
Ideally, you should have a working knowledge of Sage, Xero, or other client accounting packages.
• Candidates could be studying at the latter stages or have completed their AAT qualifications.
• Equal consideration would be given to candidates who have some years of valuable accounting experience.
• The over-riding factor is an interest in providing a high-quality service to clients.
• If you are currently studying, then a support package will be provided to assist you in achieving your professional status.
