Input and payment of supplier invoices
Producing Self Bill Account Sales for UK and Foreign Growers
Purchasing foreign currency
Liaising with other departments and suppliers regarding invoices and queries
Assist other departments as required

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Ensure all invoices are authorised and allocated to correct dept/GL codes
Scanning of all invoices onto TokOpen
Process Haulage Invoices
Liaise with all departments, suppliers and foreign growers regarding invoices, payments, queries, deductions/contras and reconciliations
Grower Account Sales
Dealing with Grower Queries
Month End Reconciliations
Supermarket Debit Suspense Invoices
Sundry duties: Postal duties, provide support to other PL team members as required, filing, general admin etc

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Evidence of extensive experience working in a comparable role, preferably within the soft fruit industry
Strong appreciation of our business needs and resourcefulness in coming up with solutions to their challenges
Ability to relate to key client personnel in a professional and credible fashion
Well developed personal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with a wide range of staff
Good interpersonal skills and well developed leadership and management skills
Creativity
Ability to delegate effectively and to follow-up as appropriate
Ability to work as part of a team with colleagues across professional, operational and cultural boundaries
Very good organizational skills
