Here at B&M, we are looking for Senior Project Surveyor / Employer’s Agent and an Assistant Project Surveyor to join our expanding team.

Based in Canterbury, B&M have been delivering construction consultancy services across the South East for over 30 years and we offer Quantity Surveying, Employers Agent and Clerk of Works services to our clients.

Senior PQS / EA
We are looking for a Senior PQS who is also experienced in an Employers Agent role. The candidate would be responsible for managing contracts from £500k to £20m+. The ideal candidate will be:

• MRICS Qualified
• Have a proven track record of experience in both a QS and EA role
• Able to manage multiple schemes at once
• Experienced in managing a project through its entire lifecycle.
• Professional client facing manner with excellent communication and written skills
• An excellent team player who can mentor and help others

Assistant PQS
Are you looking for that next step that can offer a long-term career? We’re looking for a driven individual who has cost management and project administration experience. Ideally, you’ll have a higher-level qualification (BSc/MSc) and be en-route to becoming chartered or, have a desire to become RICS qualified. Previous project experience across our sectors of work would be an advantage but not essential.
