This is an excellent opportunity to work as an internal recruitment consultant based in Tunbridge Wells.
Reporting to the HR Manager and working closely with the HR team, this role be responsible for providing a comprehensive and professional end to end recruitment service to partners and management. This will involve liaising with agencies, carrying out resourcing activities, reviewing CVs and conducting interviews.
Additionally you will have responsibility for trainee solicitor recruitment which includes managing relationships with Universities, organising and participating in law fairs, recruitment fairs, reviewing applications and interviewing candidates. The role also has responsibility for all firm wide recruitment schemes such as work experience programmes, vacation scheme and the legal apprenticeship programme.
The ideal candidate will have previous in-house recruitment experience at an equivalent level in a professional services environment or similar, candidates with agency experience will be considered. The successful candidate will be flexible, energetic, organised, accustomed to meeting tight and often competing deadlines, with excellent communication skills.
Negotiable salary depending on experience.
