Job Summary
Our company is searching for a skilled and highly motivated Computer Consultant to join our busy team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of desktop operating systems (Mac and Windows) and routinely think outside the box to solve problems quickly and efficiently. Impeccable customer service and good communication is imperative. You will be responsible for ensuring customers are proactively and re-actively supported, repairing computers and performing technical and system diagnostics as required.
Responsibilities
• Provide technical assistance and problem resolution as necessary.
• Set up new computer systems and perform routine maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure that Internet security software is updated and running properly.
• Maintain computer equipment and software to ensure secure and efficient operations.
• Repair computer hardware and servers as required.
• Test and implement new software programmes for the company.
• Daily checks of customers systems
Ideal Skills
• 3+ years’ experience as a Computer Technician or Desktop Support Specialist.
• Strong understanding of current Microsoft and Apple operating systems.
• Good understand of network technologies
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise projects effectively.
• Hold a full UK driving license.
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 and Office Products
• Windows Server and AD Management
