Working for a leading Property Search Specialist, the Quality & Training Administrator will support an award winning Customer Service team by delivering training, organising training schedules and monitoring outcomes.

The role will involve proactively identifying areas for improvement and working with new starters to ensure processes are maintained across the department.

Quality & Training Administrator Requirements:

* Experience in working in a fast-paced, customer service focused environment
* Knowledge of quality checks, assessments and performance reviews
* Ability to write training documents and manuals
* A proactive approach to identifying training needs
* Excellent time management, IT skills and strong written and verbal communication
* Understanding of KPI and SLA measurement

This role would suit someone who enjoys helping others to learn and develop their skills.
