Salary: £9.00 per hour plus profit share and benefits
We are Holiday Extras Shortbreaks, part of the award-winning Holiday Extras Group. As well as top London theatre breaks, we work on behalf of the UK’s leading theme-park brands as their official short break provider. Representing these brands, we are the face of the product and we work hard to build great rapport and really get to know our guests, making their free-time count and ensuring that their trip away is all that they want it to be.
Who we’re looking for...
We’re looking for amazing guest experience experts to join our contact centre team, who will enjoy hitting both personal and business-wide targets, as well as delivering a service that not only delights our guests but also exceeds the standards expected by the brands themselves, through a mystery shopping programme. You will be passionate about delivering great, personalised service through your tone of voice and the ability to really get to know our guests. Your on-target performance, not only gives you a sense of personal satisfaction, but gives you the opportunity to earn more through our monthly bonus programme.
You’ll need to have a warm, friendly, inviting tone of voice and the ability to adapt your approach to each guest. We are not necessarily looking for people who have worked in a contact centre before, but you should be able to demonstrate the ability to deliver first class guest experience.
What we’re offering...
We are offering a fixed-term contract until the end of October 2019. We’re looking for flexible full-time (30 - 37.5 hours per week) and part-time (15 - 20 hours per week) people who are able to work across our opening hours (Monday-Friday 9am-9pm and weekends 9am-5.30pm).
