Support Analyst
I am working with Kent based company who are looking for someone to join their support team dealing with all 1st/2nd line support queries for their clients. This will include travel to client sites to deal with installs and onsite issues as well as some project work across the migration, rollout and deployment of new technologies.
Required Experience:
* Experience working within a client focused technical support role
* Strong experience with Active Directory
* Experience across Windows Server, including knowledge of update and deployment services
* Experience dealing with installs, maintenance and server management
* Experience with ticket management systems
* Ideally knowledge of Powershell, WSUS and WDS.
