Customer Service Account Manager

We currently have opportunities available for Client Experience Account Managers who provide an exceptional level of customer service via all communication channels as the first point of contact to our clients and suppliers. Taking ownership of all client enquiries both new and follow up with a focus on providing first call resolution or help whilst positively managing expectations.

As a member of our Client Services Team, your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering Service Excellence to our clients; ensuring operational escalations are resolved quickly and efficiently and communicated proactively to the client;
• Ensuring that specific client SLA’s are consistently met and that any issues that prevent SLA achievement are addressed appropriately;
• Taking ownership of client query resolution; aiming for 1st time resolution and if escalated ensure that query is resolved, and client informed of outcome in a timely fashion;
• Investigation and resolution of internal invoice queries to ensure clients are billed correctly;
• Focusing on continuous improvement by reviewing existing systems and processes, making recommendations for change to improve service, costs and efficiency.

You’ll be able to:
• Demonstrate your relevant customer services experience
• Show where you have made a recommendation for change that provided a positive benefit to your customer or business
• Ideally have logistics or supply chain industry experience – not essential but desirable
• Enjoy being part of a team
• Take responsibility and ownership for a specific client group
• Work on a rota system – Monday to Friday between 08:30 – 18:00
