Stock Administrator / Stock Controller / Supply Chain Coordinator
£26,000
Monday to Friday - 39-hour week - 9am-5.30pm (early finish of 4.30pm on a Friday)
33 days annual leave
We are working in partnership with a marketing-leading manufacturing company in the Maidstone area who are looking for a Stock Administrator / Stock Controller / Supply Chain Coordinator to join their long-serving and friendly team. This is a new role to the business and they are looking for someone who will fit in to the "family feel" of the team and play a key role in liaising with the sales, procurement and warehouse teams.
This Stock Administrator / Stock Controller / Supply Chain Coordinator role would suit someone who is an excellent communicator across multiple departments and at all levels; has experience with an MRP / ERP; stock management and stock control and experience with Microsoft Excel. The successful candidate will be used to, and thrive upon, working in a fast-paced, ever changing environment - ideally within manufacturing / logistics or distribution.
The duties for this Stock Administrator / Stock Controller / Supply Chain Coordinator role will include but not be limited to:
* Interpreting the company requirement plan and placing/amending orders as appropriate
* Supporting the stock forecasting process and raising orders to ensure stock levels are where needed
* Liaising with sales, warehouse and purchasing teams to streamline the process and avoid any delays
* Updating Microsoft Excel and the in-house MRP / ERP
* Liaising with suppliers and contacting for prices when needed
The successful Stock Administrator / Stock Controller / Supply Chain Coordinator will have:
* Excellent communication skills at all levels
* Experience with ERP / MRP
* Good IT skills - including Excel
* A hardworking, "can do" attitude to ensure the job gets done
