Sales and customer service administrator
We are seeking an enthusiastic and capable Sales and customer service Administrator to join our team.
The main responsibilities of the job are:
- Process sales orders and liaise with customers and sales people to resolve any issues relating to the order.
- Carry out the processing /despatch/invoicing of all orders. Liaising with customers and external carriers and informing accounts of daily dispatches.
- Coordinate the service RMA system and Provide updates to the customer in an agreed time frame.
- To be a first point of call for enquiries by telephone or email and to pass these efficiently to the Sales appropriate person for action.
- Coordinate and support the marketing strategy for KME with the support and input from the Managing Director and the UK Sales Manager.
- Maintain and update the CRM system (Infusionsoft) and use it to manage the communication with existing customers and contacts. Add new contacts as they become available.
- Deploy E-Mail Campaigns in accordance with agreed schedule
- Develop the formats for use in e-mail campaigns.
- Develop the message and content for e-mail campaigns with the support of the Managing Director and the UK Sales Manager.
- Manage the performance and the results of campaigns and pass any sales leads to the relevant Sales contact within KME.
- Exhibitions:
Develop a schedule of suitable exhibitions
- Plan and book space.
- Arrange transport of equipment to and from the venue
- Maintain the company website
The position will be based in Rochester, Kent. A competitive salary package will be offered depending upon experience.
Working hours 08.30 to 17.00hrs Monday to Friday with 25 days holiday excluding bank holidays
