Our client is expanding their Call Agent team of telephone-based Estate Agents, this is an amazing opportunity to start a new rewarding career. Our client is offering fantastic training, you’ll be working 5 out of 7 days per week, ideally own transport due to the location.

All About the ROLE!
• Call Agents handle inbound calls
• Up-selling and Cross-selling service and products across the business
• Identify leads and hand over referrals
• Build rapport and retain clients for repeat business
• To become a band ambassador and an expert in your products and services
• Working to targets and identifying all sales opportunities
• Keep updated with policies and procedures and soak up all training provided

Start Date: ASAP

Basic Salary: £17,000 + commission (guaranteed earnings for three months while you train) Bonus: OTE £25,000

Location: Medway City Estate, Rochester

Shift Pattern: 5 days a week, including weekends. You’ll work 3 in 4 Saturdays and 1 in 4 Sundays. Shifts run from 8:20am and finish 7pm.
