We are looking for Call Centre Agents manage incoming and make outgoing calls, you will be responsible for helping customers save money by helping to assess their TV, Telecoms and Broadband packages and supporting them through the switching process.

All About the Role!

• Inbound and Outbound Call Centre Agent managing calls from prospective and existing customers to inform them about switching TV, Telecoms or Broadband.

• Answer questions about product specifications and pricing, you will become a product expert.

• You will work to targets and maximise all calls and sales opportunities.

• Detailing to customers and promoting products prospective customers.

• You will enter all details onto the database accurately

• Outbound calling new hot leads that are generated via advertising and website presence

• Sustain a solid pipeline of potential leads and follows up with those customers.

• Provide a high level of Customer Excellence, cross selling and up-selling with identifying all opportunities.

• Keeping up to date on all relevant technologies and advancements

• Own transport due to sever lack of public transport

• Ideally some experience within Sales and working to targets

• Excellent data entry skills

• Take pride in offering the best customer experience

• IT literate with Strong communication skills both written and verbal

• Tenacious approach

• Self-motivated and driven to be top sales person

• Ability to work to script and discuss accurately technical information

• Reliance and patience

Hours: 37.5 Hours Full-Time

Salary: £17,000 Plus excellent uncapped commission (OTE £23k to £25k)
