Membership Sales Advisor
Based at the Stour Centre, Ashford
23 hours per week, up to £9364.68 per annum + commission
The ideal candidate will have sales experience in a similar role and have an excellent understanding of the sales process. You will need to be confident with outstanding interpersonal skills, adaptable, driven and have a real appreciation of the required standards to achieve sales targets.
You will form part of the Sales team, reporting to the Gym Manager.
The key duties include:
• Generating leads
• Delivery of effective price presentations
• Cold calling
• Retention of existing members
• Promotion of monthly initiatives
You will need to be highly self-motivated, creative and able to work on your own with a proven track record of attention to detail. You will need to be flexible with your hours as shifts include weekends and evenings. Having your own transport would be an advantage as the role may include outreach events.
