My client, a multi award winning and nationally known leader in their field have an incredibly rare and exciting opportunity for a Desktop Support Engineer to join their IT team based in Central London.

Daily duties

* Provide 1st & 2nd Line desktop support to all internal staff
* Provide excellent service to all levels of staff including VIP's
* Supporting a mixed environment consisting of Apple (75%) and Windows hardware (25%)
* Support and troubleshoot the internal network infrastructure
* Work on multiple projects as an individual and in teams on a weekly basis which can be anything from roll-outs, upgrades on hardware and software, network and server changes or PC & laptop builds
* Maintenance and administration of Office 365

Skills required

* Excellent Apple & Windows hardware support experience
* Proven background working in a fast paced environment
* Must have experience with supporting a wide variety of personalities and VIP's
* Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
* Naturally interested in learning and progressing within IT
* All round knowledge and support of:

* MAC OSX (75%) & Windows (25%)
* Office 365 maintenance & administration
* Adobe Creative Suite
* Active Directory
* PC and Laptop builds
* Basic understanding of networks
