• Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
• Based at the Head Office in Maidstone
• Approximately 50% of the time in the office, with 50% of the time attending sites through the SE and London
• Minimum 10 years’ experience
• Qualified to Degree Level, with MRICS being useful
• Able to manage Junior/Intermediate Level QS’s
• Ability to work on both pre and post contract works up to £50M in size
• Clients range from Sub-Contractors, Main Contractors, Developers, Architects, and Private Clients
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook

• Full Time – PAYE or Self Employed Basis
• PAYE - £55-£65K per annum
• Self Employed – up to £325/day
• No car Allowance
• Bonus scheme available
• Pension Scheme for PAYE
• Expenses paid (not travel to work)
