The Academy is a scheme designed to give local talent the chance to get a foot on the ladder and a head start in building a fulfilling and financially rewarding career in the recruitment industry. We are currently looking for individuals who are interested in becoming IT Recruitment Consultants and think that they have what it takes to succeed. You will be driven, confident, outgoing, tenacious and ideally have some customer service or telesales experience but this is not a pre-requisite.

Successful new recruits will initially undergo three months of intensive classroom based training combined with practical on-the-job training, followed by a longer-term personal career development plan. Through an intensive 8 module training programme, you will get an exclusive insight into a leading recruitment consultancy and receive invaluable training and mentoring in key skills including talent sourcing, time management, negotiation, relationship management and business development. Through a candidate-centric attraction and selection process, intensive classroom and at-the-desk training and mentoring throughout the first year, Trainees will integrate into our existing team and be encouraged to reach their full potential.
