I am recruiting Call Centre Operatives on behalf of my client based on the outskirts of West Malling.
An established research centre who provides support to several blue chip companies.
You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls across several campaigns providing information, booking appointments to existing and new customers.
Due to the location of the business own transport is essential as the office is not serviced by any public transport links.
Full training will be provided.
Call centre and customer service experience is desirable.
