The Role...

You will be working in the bar and restaurant providing a high quality service and exceeding customer expectations.

You will need to be enthusiastic about learning new things as from the restaurant you will be able to see the production area and customers are likely to ask questions. Customers may also ask for recommendations on dishes and drinks so you must be passionate about the role and take a real interested in the menus.

You may be required to cover tours and the retail shop when needed so you will be taught transferable skills upon joining the company.
