Leading Motorsport organisation near Sevenoaks are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their busy team. It’s a fantastic setting, your office could be overlooking the track of this prestigious racing circuit. An interesting and varied role awaits, which would be primarily responsible for the Purchase Ledger function as well as assistance with Sales Ledger/Credit Control.
Detailed responsibilities;
• Distributing invoices and cheques for sign off
• Obtain supplier invoice authorisation
• Posting supplier invoices
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Raising payments
• Problem solving queries
• Liaising with suppliers
• Supporting Sales Ledger and Credit Controller
The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate comprehensive experience in Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger and Credit Control. They will also need to be a team player with good communication skills.
Excellent benefits include a complimentary season ticket for all the racing events. Roles like this do not come along very often!
