Social Media Team Leader
Seeking experienced Social Media Team Leader!
My client an innovative media client is looking to a engage a team leader to manage a web chat and digital customer service function.
As a Social Media Team Leader, your role will include the following:
* Manage a small team customer support team who supports customers through webchat, outbound calls, and email correspondence
* Be a contact escalation point for customer issues and provide customer support via webchat
* Support Customer Service Agents
* Generate reports and assist Service Delivery Manager with ongoing reporting and Stakeholder requests where required.
What you'll need to succeed:
* Previous experience managing a customer support team
* Experience being the contact point for escalations and complaints
* Previous webchat experience will be highly regarded
* Strong ability/experience in leading teams
* Excellent communication and experience with communicating at all levels
* Ability to handle high pressure situations and issues
