We are looking for an experienced Night Supervisor to join our shift management team providing support to our Advisors within telecare services.
Centra Pulse helps over 125,000 people to live safely and independently both in and out of the home by supplying an emergency call service.
You will supervise, monitor and manage call advisors, undertaking annual performance reviews and regular one to one meetings for all staff. Managing escalations and service delivery whilst on shift you will also motivate and inspire the performance of the team so they achieve or exceed standards and targets.
You will investigate complaints, ensure resolution, and measure and produce reports on performance and training. You will also identify and ensure all employee relation matters are dealt with in line with policy.
With a successful track record of managing a team you will have experience of delivering performance, customer satisfaction, efficiency gains and improving the value for money of services. You'll have excellent people management skills with experience of leading teams and working in a customer services environment.
