We are one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers within the industrial chemicals and cleaning solutions industry. Based in Kent we are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the telephone and maintaining good customer relationships.

Duties include:-

• Calling existing business
• Building relationships
• Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales service role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
• Answering questions about products or the company
• Process orders in an accurate manner
• Ability to understand the customer requirements
• Arranging meetings as a when required
• Diarising for call backs
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent telephone skills
• Computer literate
• Attention to detail
• Accurate correspondence skills
• Researching new markets, sectors, clients,
• Keeping records of all calls and emails
• General administration skills

Experience in telesales is an advantage & full training provided
