Barker Munro recruitment Ltd is privileged to be recruiting for a highly regarded, long established Broker with an outstanding reputation for Customer service and staff retention.
Looking after your own book of clients for a broad range of Commercial insurance risks including Property, Liability, Fleets, Professional Indemnity and D&O. The role requires you to provide a quality service to clients covering all aspects of their insurance arrangements, incorporating:
• Pre Renewal and Renewal Processing
• Claims Handling
• Mid-term adjustments
• Premium collection
• Record keeping
• Data Entry
• Diary Management
• Post Management/Allocation - as required
• Client and Insurer Queries.

In addition, you will assist and liaise with the Account Executives and provide administration and claims handling support. At renewal, you may be required to attend the client meeting alongside the Executive.
We have two opportunities available and are keen to hear from candidates with a wealth of Commercial account handling experience or from applicants who have just started their insurance careers and are looking to make the next step. Our client fully support CII study. Candidates should have good communication skills, be professional and appreciate the value of offering excellent Customer service.
