An experienced Caterer is required for a temporary opportunity requiring an immediate start.
Job role:
Supporting the Services Manager, Chef and Catering staff you will be assisting to facilitate the availability of food, adhering to budgets, replenishing and placing orders as and when required.
Knowledge and experience:
* Experience working in a kitchen environment;
* Food Hygiene certificate;
* NVQ level 1, 2 or 3 in catering;
* HACCP awareness;
* COSHH awareness.
Hours:
The unit has a catering output seven days a week and you will be provided with a roster that will include some weekends, early starts and evenings. 37.5 hours a week.
The successful applicant will be subject to Disclosure checks through the Disclosure and Barring Service.
