We are a small but rapidly growing ecommerce company based on the Medway City Estate, selling household, garden and pet products to our growing customer base across the UK.
We are looking to recruit a Customer Services and Social Media Assistant to join our small, friendly team.
Reporting directly to the owners of the business, you’ll be responding to customer queries and providing first-class customer support via social media, email and telephone. You’ll also be asked to do a little administration too in-between customer support.
We will consider either Full Time or Part Time applicants and we can be flexible on hour to suit you, within the core office hours.
You’ll need to be able to work quickly and efficiently, have good time management, a pleasant telephone and email manner and a good standard of written English.
Being a small business, there’s always times where it’s “all hands on deck” to get something done so we’re looking for someone with a great ‘can-do’ attitude willing to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in to get the job done.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Responding to customer queries via social media, email and telephone
• Investigating delivery and quality issues etc to find a resolution for the customer
• Responding to customer messages/posts on Facebook and Instagram, encouraging conversation around our products
• Processing returns and refunds
• Some data input and administration
• Other ad-hoc, general duties as required
• Opening/closing the premises some days, so you’ll be a key holder
It would be helpful if you have experience of the following:
• A good standard of general internet use
• Facebook
• Instagram
• MS Word
• MS Excel
This is an excellent opportunity to join our small, friendly team with room for growth as the company expands. No experience necessary as full training will be given.
