We are currently recruiting for an experienced Creative Studio Manager to join a busy organisation, based in Folkestone. This role will see you leading a creative team and be able to lead by example with your wide creativity skills.

You will be responsible for managing and developing the company brand through a variety of design channels such as product design, online and offline marketing, packaging solutions, exhibition stand design and photography.

Furthermore, the role will involve:
• Drive creative projects from start to finish, on budget and within time frame
• Liaise with department heads to develop and maintain processes for bringing new products to market
• Plan, direct and oversee all packaging requirements, graphic design work , marketing output (catalogue production) and photography
• Manage and motivate the team
• Liaise with external agencies and suppliers

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
• Graphic Design/marketing degree or equivalent/relevant qualification
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
• Keen eye for detail
• Happy to muck in
• Able to keep calm under pressure
