Business Development Manager (Customer Care)
• Salary £18,000 with OTE, with potential of earnings of £25,000+

Select Gaming is a family owned and run amusement machine operator that has grown rapidly in the UK to now operate in excess of 5000 machines (fruit and quiz machines, pool tables and jukeboxes). Our business is focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
An opportunity has arisen for a BDM to cover Kent and surrounding areas. Reporting to the National Accounts Director and Sales Manager
Key responsibilities:
Liaising with managed and tenanted houses on a daily basis, ensuring premium customer service.
Interacting with service and operations departments to ensure that customer requirements are met and issues resolved.
Monitoring machine income on a weekly basis and planning relevant machine changes.
Visiting sites on a regular basis to review opportunities and to establish strong customer relations.
Actively seeking new business opportunities within the marketplace.
Liaising with machine management teams and area managers to ensure income to all parties is maximised.
Ensuring Select Gaming are viewed as the premium independent supplier within the marketplace.
Qualities required:
A confident communicator with good interpersonal skills, both face to face and over the phone.
A sound understanding of the pub market and the opportunity for machines and gaming within that market.
Must be confident with IT systems and have a working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.
Must be capable of flexible working, this is not a 9 – 5 role and will involve some evening and weekend working.
Must be passionate about growing the business and be a great company ambassador.
Must be able to work under pressure to meet business demands and deadlines.
