The job:

As a Sales Advisor you will be responsible for consulting with new and existing customers in order to convert a sale or upsell where necessary. You will be able to build rapport with the customer and best advise them on the best options available to them. Customer engagement is key and in a competitive market this will enable you to convert an enquiry into a sale and assist in the company's continued growth.

You will be:

* Speaking with customers over the phone
* Using on the job experience to guide customers on the appropriate options available to them
* Working to sales targets
* Maintaining a high standard of call quality
* Working with colleagues and utilising experience around you
* Be pro active and able to recognise sales opportunities
* Using a good level of communication skills both written and verbal





About you:

You will be a self motivated, achievement orientated individual with the ability to use your own initiative. Performing effectively under pressure and setting your own high standards, consistently achieving them will be key to this role.

You will have the following:

* Experience in a sales/telesales role is desirable not essential.
* Excellent listening skills
* Be target driven and motivated
* Computer literate
* Be an excellent communicator
* Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
