We are a currently recruiting for a Project Manager on behalf of my client who are a family run business who specialise within washroom fit-outs.

As a product of recent expansion they have a requirement for an experienced Project manager where the successful candidate will spend half of their time office based and half on site.

The successful will be required to take overall responsibility for the management and leadership of projects from initial sales team handover through to completion and manage three key areas which are the Client, the Programme, and the Budget.

Requirements:
• Agree logistics, distribution and delivery procedures
• Programme Management to identify any risk
• Understand project scope requirements and lead-times
• Issue clear surveys for each stage of the project
• Co-ordinate procurement of key packages
• Manage all scope changes, variations and additional costs
• Carry out regular site visits and surveys, reporting any issues
• Be responsible for procurement, health & safety, stage payment valuations, and sourcing new contractors
Key requirements:

• Be an experienced Project Manager with a background in Construction
• Be able to uphold the values of integrity, honesty and positivity
• Be comfortable managing multiple projects up to £300K and teams of subcontractors
• CSCS Black Card and SMSTS and/or other recognised accreditation would be required
Benefits:
• Salary between £30,000 - £38,000 per annum DOE
• Bonus structure dependent on project delivery and profitability
• Monday – Friday 07:30 – 16:30 (Flexibility required)
