Knowledge & Experience:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience within Telecommunications
• Managing customer enquiries, completing quotations and tenders
• Understanding of Telecoms, Mobile and Connectivity Products and Services
• Understanding of Maintenance Service Levels and Profit and Loss management
• Project Management experience within commercial environment
• Full UK Driving Licence
Role will consist of:
• Installation and Maintenance Management
• Staff Management
• Financial Management
• Efficiency Management
• Quality Assurance and Health and Safety
• Customer Management and Reporting
• Developing and expanding the Telecoms Division of Icom
Preferably based in Kent.
