An exciting new position has become available for a PR & Communications Manager to join a successful client based in Maidstone for a 12 month FTC

With an established track record for building quality homes and investing in local communities, our client provides an excellent platform to launch an ambitious new vision, focusing all efforts on becoming a modern, growing, efficient business.

The successful candidate will lead a small team to transform the service offering of the PR & Communications team.

You will devise a clear strategy which supports in building corporate brand and supporting the cultural change of the organisation, whilst partnering with the leadership team to provide expert guidance and support to drive organisational change.

Responsibilities:

* To provide strategic internal guidance and expertise to support the organisations growth and transformation
* To lead activities that support the strengthening of our external brand
* Lead and guide the Directors and leadership team to deliver exceptional internal communications that support the growth, cultural change and transformation of the organisation
* Develop and deliver a strategic PR and communications plan that supports the strengthening of our external brand, whilst bringing to life our corporate vision and values
* Provide in house expertise to deliver creative and impactful internal and external communication strategies
* Drive Public Relations activities, raising our profile with key target audiences
* Organise and deliver internal and external events that promote the organisation
* Lead on the delivery of key publications including Annual Reports, Investor and Tenant newsletters

Requirements:

* CIPR qualification is essential
* Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing demands
* Previous experience of understanding a business strategy and providing PR solutions to contribute to achievement of business objectives.
* Leading teams through cultural change
* Building strategies that strengthen brand reputation
* Creative and impactful communication skills both written and verbal
* Ability to develop and deliver a compelling external PR strategy and narrative in support of delivering against strategic plans.
* Engage and build ways of working with key internal departments advising on approaches
