I am exclusively recruiting for a globally recognised company. They are seeking a methodical Account Administrator to liaise with global clients, process orders and arrange deliveries. The role will initially be based in Dartford but will likely become a remote position.
* £25,000-£30,000 salary
* Remote working
* Company mobile and laptop provided
The purpose of this role is to support key clients with enquiries, quotations, orders and shipments of ULM products.
Duties will include:
* Handling incoming enquiries via email for price quotations- responding in a timely manner
* Checking product database to ensure pricing is correct- negotiating if necessary
* Following up on quotations via email to convert to orders
* Managing 15+ orders/week from PO to delivery
* Raising single and multi-line orders on SAGE 200 system
* Liasing with Logistics and operations teams to arrange timely delivery of products to client
* Understanding compliance when arranging logistics
* Completing all relevant import and export licensing documentation
* Raising pro-forma invoices, payment prior to delivery invoices or credit invoices
* Contacting clients if payment is late
This role requires somebody who is meticulously organised and has a solid understanding of global logistics.
The key candidate requirements are:
* Knowledge of ULM is a distinct advantage
* Logistics experience is key- arranging delivery of products globally and understanding of import compliance
* High level of written English when communicating with global client base
* self-motivated when working remotely
* Aspirations of Account Management positions
