Our established corporate client located in Kings Hill, specialising in Insurance, has decided to extend their opening hours within their Pet Insurance Claims Team and as a result, a number of additional opportunities have become available!

We are therefore looking for candidates who want to work these hours specifically because they fit into their home life and as an example, could be absolutely ideal for working parents.

This client offers the most amazing working conditions and you would be working within a lovely contact centre setting (unlike the norm) within a friendly, professional team, with on the job training and support provided to everyone on an ongoing basis.

What qualifications do I need?

Applicants will have received a good general education with a minimum GCSE grades C in Maths & English.

Ongoing training and support will be provided.

When do the positions start?

The client is aiming for 1st March 2019 start but interviewing asap in preparation!

What hours of work do you wish to work?

Please ensure you read this fully.

For these particular extended hours positions, the client is totally flexible on your actual start time, but candidates will be required to finish their working day at 8pm Monday to Friday.

There is also a requirement to work Saturdays 9am – 1pm.

However, it is important to say that there is also flexibility on the number of hours you want to work during the week, ie. Monday to Friday, providing you are free to work until 8pm during the week.

What salary is available?

A salary of £16,500.00 per annum is available for full time hours.

For those of you who wish to work reduced hours, it basically equates to £8.75 per hour as a guide.

Pet Claims Assistants

These are non-sales roles.

You will be working with an attractive customer services centre setting.

In essence, you will be providing key administrative support and customer care within the Pet Insurance Claims section and it is important to say this is a non-sales position.

Any previous experience gained within an insurance admin setting could be beneficial, as would a genuine interest in all things pet related, but this is ultimately an administrative support role within the Pet Claims Team. You will be working within a supporting environment and have on the job training.

We are searching for someone available immediately, with good all round administrative capabilities, including an eye for detail and accuracy, with a really positive approach and a willingness to learn. The ability to deliver outstanding levels of customer care also important together with clear and concise communication skills as you will be handling mainly incoming calls from customers making enquiries regarding their Pet Insurance Claim.

Other duties include:

Uploading claims correspondence and claims form information onto the claims system

Responding to customers’ written requests for claims forms or enquiries into the progress of the claims and any general enquiries regarding their claim

Chasing documentation from customers

Keeping the customer informed of the progress of their claim

Handling inbound enquiries from customers, veterinary practices and third parties

Assisting policyholders with general enquiries over the telephone

Working to the principals of Treating Customers Fairly, or as you would wish to be treated

Ensuring the system is kept up to date with any up to date information and ensuring clear and concise records are maintained on the system.
