We are looking for someone to join our Specialist Team to engage and support customers in unique and difficult situations, providing tailored assistance and support.

Working on a case by case basis your excellent customer service skills will be paramount to ensuring that the right solutions are reached for our customers who are requiring additional support due to their circumstances.

Offering superior levels of communication and care you will be trained to deliver first class customer support and reach great customer outcomes.

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential

• A positive outlook and be a strong team player

• Resilient nature to be able to support customers in difficult circumstances

• You'll be able to adapt to situations and remain calm and composed at all times

• Extremely organised and have the ability to prioritise workload

• Demonstrate a 'self-start' attitude and take responsibility of your own workload to adhere to a high standard

• Able to remain calm during busy periods and work effectively under pressure. Show good resilience when required

• Experience of working in a financial environment with customers needing additional support is advantageous although not essential
