Atlas IT Recruitment are currently looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer based in Maidstone.
Our client are a leading provider of online identity and security solutions who currently work with some of the worlds biggest brands and have huge growth plans for this year. Ideally, they are looking for someone who is looking to get their foot into the IT industry or someone who has a bit of experience within a support role.
As a 1st Line Support Engineer you can expect the below on a daily basis: -
* Provide fast and effective technical support to customers
* Identifying issues and knowing how to resolve or escalate
* Resolving customer issues via phone call, email and LiveChat
* Contacting customers all over the world, adhering to company guidelines
* Liaise with 2nd line support when escalating issues
Full training is provided within the role, candidates are expected to be flexible and cover out of hours shifts occasionally.
My client is looking to pay a starting salary of Between £17,000 - £19,000.
Due to the nature of the business, a background check will be required.
