We are looking for a qualified full-time trainer/assessor to work with our existing dynamic team of trainers and assessors. You must hold a relevant assessor’s qualification and be prepared to travel across the South East and into London to visit learners in the workplace.
IPS international is a leading provider of Business Skills related qualifications, including Administration, Customer Service, IT, Sales, Recruitment and Management and delivers work-based learning with fully equipped training centres in Medway and Dover.
The ideal candidate will be:
• Well motivated and able to work alone and as part of the team. You will be organised and able to plan your time effectively
• Be willing to embrace the new standards as part of a team and move forward into the new approaches to training
• Occupationally competent to be able to assess learners to a Level 3 in Business Admin, Customer Service, IT and Management (Accounts, Sales and or Recruitment would also be an advantage but not essential) and Functional Skills level 2.
• Flexible as some out of hours work may be necessary.
• A car owner / driver
