Aftersales Customer Services Manager

We are looking for an individual who is capable of managing the daily operations of the customer facing elements of our service and parts business. You will need to ensure that the highest level of customer satisfaction is delivered consistently, through the process and people we employ. Monitoring customer satisfaction, and implementing new processes where necessary, along with delivering training and coaching to staff as required is an essential part of the role.

You will need to be able to deal professionally with any customer concern, and ensure it is resolved in a timely manner to the satisfaction of all parties.

Communication will be a key element of the role, and you will need to ensure there are clear lines of communication between all departments.

Previous experience in the motor industry desirable, but not essential.
