DIVISION: Accounts Department

LOCATION: Rochester, Kent

JOB TITLE: Sales Ledger/.Credit Controller

REPORTABLE TO: Financial Controller

HOURS: hours are flexible – full time or part time

JOB DESCRIPTION: To assist the accounts department to include, but not be limited to, the following duties;

• Processing of sales invoices

• Responsible for all Credit Control

• Dealing with invoice queries and discrepancies

• Liaise with colleagues regarding accounts discrepancies

• Use Sage Line 50/SAGE 200 to produce company invoices, forward customer statements and process remittance advices

• Filing and archiving as and when required

• Answer telephone calls and direct calls accordingly


• A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is essential

• A working knowledge of Sage Line 50/SAGE 200 is essential

• Knowledge of engineering/generator industry would be desirable

• Ability to work on ones own initiative as well as part of a team


• Salary will be appropriate to experience
