We are looking to recruit a Senior Consultant to join the team in new Plumstead Branch.
The role will be to proactively gain new Clients requiring the services of the Company and therefore previous experience within the Industrial Recruitment Industry is desirable.
As part of a team, you will be assisted with the administration duties that are required in running your own desk.
The package offered is £24 to £28k (and negotiable for right candidate) + uncapped bonus + pension.
You must have at least 2 years’ experience of a similar role and a proven track record.
Prime Role & responsibilities:
* Business development - Expanding existing business by all available resources - phone, email, social media and face to face.
* Cold calling.
* Responsible for filling both temporary and permanent vacancies.
* Must be articulate and well presented.
* Extremely motivated with excellent communication skills.
* Target driven.
* Good IT skills- Office Package esp Word, Excel.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
