We are looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant to join our busy team in our new Plumstead Branch.
The role will mainly be sales driven and will involve gaining new Clients so previous experience within the industrial/ warehouse recruitment sector would be desirable.
Although this will be a 360 recruitment role you will be working within a team and will have support with administration duties that will be required in running your own desk.
The Prime Role & responsibilities will be:
* Business development - To assist in expanding existing business and also gain new business by all available resources - phone, email, social
media along with face to face visits.
* Source, interview and place candidates.
* Must be articulate and well presented.
* Extremely motivated with excellent communication skills.
* Target driven.
* Possess good IT skills- Office Packages especially Word and Excel.
* Hold a Full UK Driving Licence as will be visiting clients on a regular basis.
The package offered is £20 to £22k (which can be negotiable for the ideal candidate) + uncapped commission + pension.
