We are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to work in our beautiful brand new restaurant, The Old Bank in Westerham, Kent.
The Old Bank Restaurant is a fine dining restaurant focusing on seasonal, local and sustainable produce. This 40 cover restaurant is closed Mondays and Tuesday's and also on Sunday evenings.
We are closed Christmas Day and Boxing Day and the 1st week of January. We open for lunch and dinner and offer a fine dining experience in an informal environment.
You will be working in a team of 6, and your duties will be running and maintaining your section, ordering and assisting the Head and Sous
Chefs to write the daily menus.
Very competitive pay package with overtime paid and points in the Tronc scheme (for tips).
