Quantec, one of the UK's leading electrical compliance companies, is looking for a dynamic individual to manage the office team.
The day to day tasks of this position include:
- Managing the administration team and office personnel
- Sales and purchase ledger input
- Payment and reconciliation
- Managing the vehicle fleet
- Managing monthly targets
- Chasing due payments together with the creation of monthly financial reports
- General admin duties assisting the operations director.

Ideally, the candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, sound knowledge of Sage and be familiar with Microsoft Excel & Word.
