This well-established practice of Chartered Accountants has an excellent local reputation is experiencing consistent growth amongst its client base of businesses and individuals. This growth has led to the need for additional experienced help for the Partners. You will be actively involved in the completion of annual accounts, business taxation, and personal taxation. This is a hands-on role which will enable you to develop great business relationships.

This Accountant position would suit someone with experience of dealing with small and medium-sized businesses - sole traders, partnerships and limited companies, and also with good experience in personal and company taxation matters. Up to date taxation skills are essential for this role. A positive ‘can do’ attitude is also important.
The firm will consider applications from qualified by experience candidates, as well as those who are fully or part qualified. Working experience gained within a practice of chartered, or certified accountants is essential as is a practical working knowledge of IRIS software. Knowledge of Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks would be beneficial.
The salary will be commensurate with experience and ability. The firm offers a highly supportive work environment and flexibility over how your hours are worked.
